Customer Service can be really crappy. I logged in to my account, to make a fault report in the office and after filling up the whole lengthy form, guess what?! Error:Exception. Fine. I was still quite patient and thought I'd try it at home. Maybe it's just the office connection or something. I got home, had my dinner, goyang my kaki, watch some tv, and then I remembered, Maxis! I need to make a fault report.

I got online, logged onto their website again, went through the whole lengthy form again and guess what!? Error:Exception. Fine. I tried the customer service email instead, and guess what?! Error:Exception. Grrr. It wasn't because of the Error:Exception that I was frustrated at. I was frustrated at having to fill up the whole form again and again and again. It was extremely lengthy, phone number name address friends number friends address, some sorta explanation, date, time, problem, type of phone, etc. I'm gonna try again, guess what!? Error:Exception...again -_-". Grrr.

Turn on Skype, make an outgoing call. Went thru 3 minutes of Welcome to Maxis please enter this and that number for this and that... nevermind... I get charged 1 ct a minute and I have to make sure I don't get charged for the 10 smses that would cost me RM10 ++! Worth it. So I continued my call and got to the customer service staff. Guess what!? Talked to him for another 2 minutes and he tells me to hold for like 3 times and his computer hung and he told me to call him back in half an hour. I repeatedly said can you please transfer me to someone else? He repeatedly said wait for a few seconds...10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 then tells me to call back in half an hour.

WAHLAO EH. I'm pissed -_-". Lol I haven't used this word in ages. I remember I used it once when I was 15 in my English essay and got a proper sounding from my English teacher asking me what was that word. I didn't know really haha. My noobness at 15.

I said to the guy, can't you just transfer me to another person in your office? His reply, my computer hang can you call me back in 30 minutes. -_-" I made it very clear that I was calling from London! Hello which part of international call and expensive did you not understand?! -_-". Then I said, how am I to know if I'd get back to you? His reply, doesn't matter who you get to, anyone could help you. *patience* SO WHY DON'T YOU TRANSFER ME TO ANYONE THEN?! His reply finally was, because my computer hang and to transfer I need the computer. zzZzz. I should have just hung up and called again instead of hanging on the phone for another 3 minutes. Days can be really brilliant with people like this I tell you. This is just my lucky day!

So I called again. Guess what? Another 3 minutes of bla bla bla Maxis Welcome crap and then finally through to customer service. I told him I want to make a fault report and the guy tells me, before that I need to verify why you can't login. I told him I can login just that when I send the report it gives me an error. He did not understand that, took my login details and told me, there's nothing wrong I can login. OMG -__-". Speechless. I replied I'm calling from London and I want to make a fault report so can you just take a fault report on the phone because this call is expensive and is costing me a bomb!? After another minute of fuss, he finally took my report. Got me to hold for another minute and then told me he checked my bill and I wasn't charged for any sms-es on the stated day and time.

What a relief. However he said that he would follow up my bill for me when it comes out in 3 days time and give me a call back to confirm that I have not been charged. Finally! The world has come to its senses! His name was Poh. *swt* I thought he was Indian because he sounded Indian. Poh can't be an Indian name right? Don't care hopefully he calls me. I dun wanna be charged for smses I did not send! I've been a loyal supportive Maxis subscriber. I've been with Maxis for 10 years! My brother uses Maxis, my father uses Maxis, my boyfriend uses Maxis.

But but but T_T even if they insist on charging me, I cannot leave Maxis because I dun likey Digi. I've been drugged by Maxis!?
